Treston SCHT concludes ‘Epicuria 2026’ with a flawless fine dining culminating showcase

The Treston School of Culinary, Hospitality & Tourism officially wrapped up The Epicuria 2026: The Culminating Fine Dining Experience last June 11, 2026, at the Treston Bar & Dining Hall. Serving as the ultimate culmination for Food and Beverage Services Operations Management, Culinary Management and Applied Nutrition and Meal Planning, and Macro Perspective, this exquisite banquet was a brilliant showcase of the students’ skills, creativity, and industry competency. Designed to develop real-world hospitality and tourism readiness, the event allowed the students to apply their learned concepts in a simulated professional environment.

This memorable milestone was executed flawlessly thanks to the outstanding leadership and teamwork of the student organizing committee, which featured Sam Kingsley Gallangi as Maitre d’hotel, Alyssa Louise Cordova as Executive Chef, and Kyra Paed and Hilary Paderanga as Event Overseers. They achieved this success under the expert guidance of SCHT Head Dr. Jazzy Buela, Event Lead and Coordinator Mr. Vince Gabriel, and Event Coordinators Chef Archie Menchaves, Chef Aron Pioquid, and Chef Mike Silbor.

Furthermore, the evening was made even more meaningful by the presence of supportive parents, faculty, and administrators, whose encouragement inspired the event’s success. Congratulations to everyone involved for delivering an unforgettable dining experience!
