Treston SHS students triumph at UP Diliman’s Accounting and Business Camp 2026

Treston International College proudly celebrates the remarkable achievements of our Senior High School students at the Accounting and Business Camp 2026 held at the University of the Philippines Diliman – Virata School of Business, April 25-26. Competing alongside top ABM students from various schools, Treston Golden Lions stood out through their leadership, initiative, and excellence as they collaborated with fellow delegates in their respective teams.

Senior High School students Ashlee Mikaela Samson and Ariana Jayne Barrozo, emerged as Champions in the Business Case Competition, demonstrating strong leadership and insight as they led their teams to success.

In the Quiz Bee competition, Gracello Mikael Victorino secured 1st place, Ariana Jayne Barrozo earned 2nd place, and Luix Anton Macas achieved 3rd place—an impressive sweep that reflects how our students took the lead and delivered outstanding results within their groups.

The event organized by the University of the Philippines – Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants helped Senior High School students apply their knowledge to real-world business situations through seminars, quiz bee, and case competitions.

We also recognize the efforts and dedication of our other participants—MJ Pauleen Basas, Dexter Jelar Bassuit, Graciel Dungalen, Trexia Encinas, Maria Josephine Ruga, and Gillian
Josh Zarate—whose commitment, teamwork, and perseverance contributed to the overall success of the delegation.

This would not have been possible without the helping hand of the Senior High School Accountancy, Business, and Management strand faculty Mr. Anjo Christian E. Agdeppa who served as their coach for the competition.

These achievements reflect the excellence, hard work, and determination of our students, bringing pride and honor to the Treston community. Truly, our Golden Lions continue to roar with excellence!
