Treston Volunteers Support Music for a Cause

Treston International College proudly collaborated with JCI Manila for the Break the Silence Music Festival 2025, held at Parklinks, Pasig City last June 7, 2025. This meaningful initiative, grounded in the spirit of volunteerism, aimed to support women and children who have survived abuse.

A dedicated team of 24 student volunteers from Treston, guided by Dr. Jazzy Buela, School Head, School Culinary, Hospitality, and Tourism, and Dr. Francis Tolentino, School Head, School of Business, took on essential roles as ushers and ticketing staff. Their presence helped ensure a seamless entry process and created a warm, well-organized environment for thousands of attendees.

The festival brought together some of the most celebrated names in OPM – December Avenue, Juan Karlos, Zack Tabudlo, Sunkissed Lola, Over October, and Armi Millare – and raised vital awareness and funds for Bantay Bata 163, My Children’s House of Hope, and the Stairway Foundation.

Through this volunteer-driven partnership, Treston students brought their passion and service to the frontlines of an event that blended music, advocacy, and hope.
