Congratulations to the Treston Culinary Team for winning four awards in the recently concluded Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC) 2024 held last July 31 to August 3, 2024 at SMX Convention Center, Manila!
Julian Kristian Allen German showed his outstanding culinary skills and bagged the Silver Award in the Pasta Category and the Bronze Award in the US Beef category. Meanwhile, John Glenn Delos Santos (US Lamb), and Karlo Joaquin Gargollio and Kyle Alexandruz De Castro (Filipino Cuisine Challenge – Team Category) brought home Bronze Awards after impressing the judges with their scrumptious dishes. Their stellar performance was guided by the expertise of their trainers and mentors namely, Chef Al Carriaga, Chef Eiffelene Howard, Chef Mike Silbor, and Chef Jillian Hermoso.
The Philippine Culinary Cup is a prestigious annual culinary competition that provides Filipino chefs an internationally-recognized platform to showcase their culinary expertise and talents. It is a collaboration of the LTB Chefs Association Philippines, the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines and PEPTarsus Corp., and established the new standards in Philippine culinary competitions.
